Is my appointment confirmed when I make an inquiry?
No. An inquiry starts a conversation. Your appointment is confirmed only after availability, provider requirements, support arrangements and applicable fees have been checked and agreed.
What happens if my plans change?
Ask for the cancellation and rescheduling terms before confirming. Service fees and medical-provider fees may have different rules, particularly when appointments, interpreters or travel have already been arranged.
Will my insurance cover the visit?
Coverage and direct billing depend on your insurer, policy and the receiving facility. Check with them before you book. We cannot guarantee reimbursement or insurance acceptance.
