Your selections and practical requests are processed in your browser to create an inquiry draft. This version has no appointment-submission endpoint and does not send your entries to MedX Consult. Copying or downloading a draft is an action you choose.
Preferences and website requests
Your color-theme preference may be stored in your browser’s local storage. The planner does not save your entries in local storage. There are no advertising trackers or analytics integrations in this version. The hosting provider may process ordinary connection and security information when you request web pages. Fonts are served directly from this website; loading a page does not require a connection to Google Fonts.
Sensitive information
Do not enter medical records, passport information or sensitive health details in the planner. If such information is needed for later services, the purpose, recipient, handling and appropriate private transfer method must be explained separately.
External contacts
If contact links are enabled, opening an email or messaging service takes you to that provider. Its privacy terms apply to your use of that service. No message is automatically sent by this website.
Before online inquiries open
The responsible legal entity, privacy contact, collection purposes, lawful basis, retention periods, recipients, applicable transfer arrangements and your rights will be specified before an online inquiry service is activated.
