MedX Consult helps coordinate appointments and practical visit support. Diagnosis and treatment remain the responsibility of appropriately licensed clinicians at the receiving medical facility. No clinical outcome is promised.
Availability and confirmation
Destination and service pages introduce the kinds of support that can be discussed. They do not guarantee availability at every location or facility. Preparing an inquiry on this site does not create a booking or contract.
Fees and changes
Before confirming a service, obtain a written scope, payment information and terms covering cancellation, rescheduling and additional time. Medical-provider fees and third-party arrangements may have separate terms.
Travel and aftercare
Ask the treating clinician about preparation, recovery, activities and fitness to travel. Confirm how to obtain records and how to access follow-up care. Insurance coverage must be checked with the insurer and receiving facility.
Urgent situations
The website and visit planner are not an emergency service. For urgent medical help in China, call 120 or seek local emergency care.
Before services are booked
The contracting entity, customer contact, applicable service terms and complaint-handling arrangements will be provided before paid services are confirmed.
